Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
These terms are tailored to Image2Coloring's active product model: account-based access, credit purchases via PayPal, and Replicate-powered image generation.
1. Service overview
- • Image2Coloring provides a workflow to convert uploaded photos into printable coloring pages.
- • Core flow includes one main generation, included AI variations, and PNG/PDF/print-ready export capabilities.
- • These terms apply to all use of the website and API endpoints.
2. Account and access
- • You must sign in to use protected features such as generation, credits, and account history.
- • You may access with Google OAuth or email/username and password credentials.
- • You are responsible for account activity under your credentials.
3. Credits and usage rules
- • Main generation consumes credits based on current pricing configuration.
- • Included variations are part of the paid generation workflow and are limited by the current product configuration.
- • Credits are account-based. They are not subscriptions and are currently designed as non-expiring balances in product logic.
- • Abuse, automation attacks, or repeated bypass attempts may trigger rate limits or access restrictions.
4. Payments and order processing
- • Credit purchases are processed through PayPal.
- • Order creation, capture status, and wallet balance updates depend on provider callbacks and payment state transitions.
- • You are responsible for ensuring purchase details are correct before completing payment.
- • Refund handling is evaluated case by case under applicable law and payment provider constraints.
5. Your content and permissions
- • You must only upload content you have legal rights to use.
- • You grant Image2Coloring a limited license to process uploaded images and prompts solely to run generation, variations, and output delivery.
- • You remain responsible for the legality of uploaded content and downstream use of generated outputs.
6. AI output limitations
- • Generation quality depends on input image quality, prompts, model behavior, and third-party infrastructure.
- • We do not guarantee exact artistic outcome, uninterrupted availability, or permanent accessibility of every output URL.
- • You should export and save needed files promptly after generation.
7. Prohibited conduct
- • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt application infrastructure and security controls.
- • Do not bypass payment, credit, or request guard mechanisms.
8. Suspension and termination
- • We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, security risk, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- • You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimer and liability
- • The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
- • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service use.
- • Where liability limits apply, total liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service period under applicable law.
10. Updates to these terms
- • We may update these terms when product behavior, payment flow, or legal requirements change.
- • Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
